What is your horse(s)' style when running barrels? What special qualities does your horse have and what makes him/her unique?
Penny is a push style, 4 wheel drive, package of dynamite. She possesses the quality and attitude of "the little engine that could" with the try she applies every run she makes. This entire package makes her very unique with her small but blocky stature.

What is your favorite part of barrel racing and the rodeo lifestyle?
Rodeo is a unique sport that has brought so much to my life.  The speed, the horses, the skill of horse and rider, the adventures, and the western style of life make it all enjoyable and appealing to me.

What is your favorite inspirational quote or saying that you use to keep you going during the year?
