What is your horse(s)' style when running barrels? What special qualities does your horse have and what makes him/her unique?
Lightning is very gritty when she runs, she gets low, stays in four wheel drive and uses the ground hard. I believe Lightning thinks I was put here to be her personal scratching post, whenever she sees me that's the first thing she does. I have to be careful around people at rodeos because she thinks everyone needs to scratch her and is very demanding about it. Her favorite treats are peppermints.

What is your favorite part of barrel racing and the rodeo lifestyle? It's such a rewarding and humbling sport, I love getting to ride horses that mom and myself have trained and see all of our hard work pay off. Also I love getting to travel with my family and Rodeo with my mom and see so many new places.
