Do you have a specific warm-up before you run?
Yes, long trot for a bit lope big circles both ways then a few really small ones to get her
underneath herself. Also counter arching and bending

What makes your horse special?
I trained her as a 3/4 yr old when I worked for her prior owners, had success with her right from the start. I’ve always loved her and just had special connection with her so when they gave me first opportunity to buy her almost a year and half ago I couldn’t pass it up. Although its been a struggle getting her back where I had her I’m super proud of what she’s accomplished this year.

What quirk(s) does your horse have?
She has absolutely no ground manners and cannot go anywhere alone.

What are the 3 most important things you do to keep your horse sound and working all year long?
Number 1 would be to make sure shes in top running condition I was always told you get what you put into it. Number 2 shoeing. Number 3 giving her time off when she needs it.

If you could run any other horse in the MT Circuit, what horse would you choose and why?
Probably Lindsay Kruse’s horse Lenas Mijo Dulce (Harley). They had an outstanding year,he makes it look so easy and has a really neat style.

What is your occupation (how do you fund your barrel racing/horsey habit)?
Taking in and training outside horses. I also work for H&R Block seasonally
